テーマ 「企業と大学における持続可能性教育：経営や教育へいかにSD(Sustainable Development)を統合するか」
※今回の研究会では、教育における持続可能性への取り組みを議論し、企業内教育への応用可能性も探索します。最後に企業や大学の枠を超えた持続可能性（最終ゴール）実現への展望を議論します。なお、本テーマに直接関連する報告は本来基調講演直後にラインナップされるべきですが、発表者の時差の都合で報告③がESDに関わるテーマ報告です。

■各報告の概要
研究報告➀：
･テーマ： Do Local Government Sustainability Initiatives Impact Corporate Social Responsibility Practices? （日本語で報告）
・報告者： 吉田 賢一氏 (九州大学工学研究院 環境社会部門, 都市研究センター 特任助教）
・概要 ：本研究では、各都道府県のSDGs関連の取り組みに注目し、この取り組みがESG経営に与える影響を定量的に分析する。分析の結果、都道府県によるSDGs関連の取り組みや政策・方針の違いが、企業のESG経営の状況に影響を与えていることが明らかとなった。また、周辺地域の他の企業の意識も、同様にESG経営の状況に影響を与えており、かつ、これらの傾向は重厚長大産業よりもフットルース産業においてより顕著であることも明らかとなった。
研究報告➁：
・テーマ： サステナブル・アントレプレナーシップの普及 ― 地域再エネ事業の事例研究
・報告者： 手嶋 進氏 (千葉商科大学 基盤教育機構 准教授 / 千葉商科大学大学院 政策研究科（博士課程）2年)
・概要： 地域が主導もしくは便益を享受するような小規模分散型の再生可能エネルギー事業（地域再エネ事業）は脱炭素、地域経済への貢献など様々な便益がある。地域再エネ事業の国内事例をサステナブル・アントレプレナーシップの視点から分析し、それらの普及プロセスを明らかにする。

・テーマ： ”Sustainability Leaders in University Education: A Case Study of Academics’ Motivations and Challenges for Sustainability Integration”

・概要： While past research has examined sustainability education from perspectives of students, industries, and institutions, there has been a lack of focus on sustainability educators, particularly in higher education. Our results from thematic analysis of in-depth interviews of university academics builds upon Kemper et al. (2019) to confirm previously explored themes. Additionally, themes of “mainstreaming sustainability” and “internationalness and diversity” as motivators, “teaching materials” and “student comprehension” as challenges, and “perception change” and “behavior change” as possible impacts of education for sustainability (EfS) were found.
